Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Please check the plants at the time of delivery. In case of any discrepancy, please highlight the same to the delivery personnel or to the team. Due to the perishable nature of living plants and their susceptibility to variable conditions, returns and cancellations are accepted only until the delivery. Once accepted at the time of delivery, there is no exchange or return available. 

For large and extra-large plants, cancellations/exchanges at the time of delivery for reasons other than the quality of the plant & pot will attract 50% of the product price as cancellation/ exchange fees.

For Fiber Planters in custom colors (non-white), cancellations are not possible once the pots are prepared for delivery. Only store credit can be issued, with customization costs ranging from 30-50 AED per pot deducted from the cost of the original product before adjusting the balance as store credit for the upgrade or change of pots.

No returns are accepted for special sale items such as those during New Year, Eid, Ramadan, etc. If a cancellation occurs before the delivery schedule during a special sale or promotion, the refund will be issued in the form of store credits only.

In the event of any returns at the time of delivery, we will inspect the returned item upon receipt and notify you accordingly. We will promptly update you on the status of your refund after the inspection. 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please note that if the plants or items are delivered and then returned, two delivery charges will be deducted from the refund amount. The balance will then be refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
